Our steamed pork is made from shoulder loin, so it's lower in calories and rich in protein than pork belly. It's great with chojang (Korean vinegared miso) made from sugar-free homemade gochujang, or wrapped around vegetables with kimchi and meat. The secret recipe, handed down for three generations, eliminates any unpleasant odor and gives the meat a moist texture.
